If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, non custom pieces with original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To start a return/exchange, please submit a request here.
Once your request is submitted, you can send back your item using a tracked service. Please make sure to keep the tracking number provided to you by the shipping company so we can locate your package if needed.
Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund is being processed.
Please allow up to 2 weeks after your item has been delivered back to our workshop for your refund to be processed. Processing time may increase during peak sales seasons.
